Darjeeling Tour Package & Gangtok Tour Package: On the first day of the trip, our representative will receive you at Bagdogra Airport/New Jalpaiguri Railway Station. Our journey towards Darjeeling (6700 ft) will starts from here which will take around an hour. After reaching check into the hotel and get ready for sightseeing after taking some rest. Darjeeling is a gorgeous hill station, which is well-known for its attractive Himalayan channels and extensive tea estates. You can witness the beauty of place via vintage train (famous toy train). Our overnight stay will be done here itself.

Begin your day two voyage by visiting the top point of Darjeeling, Tiger Hill. From Tiger Hills, you can witness the beauty of snow-capped Kanchenjunga peak. If you want to the real beauty of snow, try to visit the place early in the morning. Tiger Hills is approx. Eleven km from Darjeeling city. After climbing down from the hill, we will visit Batasia Loop and Ghoom monastery. Ghoom Monastery is an old monastery in Darjeeling and is approx. Seven km away from the main town. The monastery is renowned for its gigantic figurine of Lord Buddha. After that, we will visit several other attractions of town such as Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Peace Pagoda, Lebong race course, TRSHC (Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center), ropeway, Parmesan Nadia Himalayan Zoological park and Tensing-Gumbo rock. You can also sightsee various tea estates of the place. Come back to the hotel for dinner and night stay.

On day three our trail will move forward towards Gangtok, so check out from hotel early in the morning after having breakfast. Gangtok is a spiritual and gorgeous hill station in the North-Eastern Himalayas. Located between dense forests, Gangtok houses various eye-striking monasteries. The drive from Darjeeling to Gangtok will take around 2 and half hours. Check in and relax in your hotel and explore the local attractions of the place in the evening. Our overnight stay will be done in Gangtok itself.

On day four of the Darjeeling Tour Package & Gangtok Tour Package, our tour guide will take you for sightseeing the Gangtok area after breakfast. Our day tour will start with visiting two renowned monasteries in Gangtok, i.e., Rumtek and Enchey Monastery, Gangtok tour starts on a spiritual note. The Enchey Monastery is assumed to be constructed around 200 years ago and it marks an imperative bench of Tibetan Buddhism’s Nyingma Order whereas Rumtek Monastery is open for all and holds remnants of the sixteenth Karmapa. After that, you will get a chance to visit Chorten and Orchid sanctuary, Research Institute of Tibetology and Directorate of Handicrafts and Handlooms. We come back to the hotel by evening, have dinner and sleep well.

On day five of the trip, after having breakfast, we will visit famous Glacial Lake, Tsomgo lake as well as Baba Mandir. Tsomgo Lake is approximately 38 km away from Gangtok city and is renowned for its picturesque magnificence. Moving through the rugged hilly, Gangtok-Nathula highway we will reach Tsomgo Lake. Tsomgo Lake holds a holy status as well as besides its bank a shrine of Lord Shiva is situated. Enjoy the beauty of the site for sometime after that we will move towards the close by Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir. This religious place is different from other shrines since it is dedicated to Major Harbhajan Singh (an army martyr). The temple holds religious significance amongst local army as well as local personals. The temple is situated at an elevation of approximately 4000 meters. We will drive back to the hotel in the evening for overnight stay. You can visit the local market in Sikkim in the evening.
